If you don’t pay attention to comics, the upcoming story Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne features a time-lost Batman in such roles as Bat-Caveman, Bat-Pilgrim, and Bat-Pirate.
I guess that’s fine…Batman was killed by an evil alien overlord’s laser-eyes, I guess his return should be equally as goofy.
This would’ve worked better if Batman wasn’t pulling up his cowl, since this is something the character never, ever does in any incarnation.
Same goes for just about every superhero out there. Shame, as it’s a great concept for a parody, but the execution needs work.
