Prowl being bigger taller than Bulkhead makes no sense to me. BUMBLEBEE being almost as bad makes even less. Silly Hasbro.
Oh, and to those doubting Animated, don’t. It’s at LEAST up near Beast Wars quality as far as writing is concerned. I don’t want to say it surpasses it, but if it stays on the crrent course it’s on it very well could.
The toy size isn’t entirely accurate, but I find that to be a minor problem. As for Prowl not being a car, it’s a bit original at least. Animated isn’t that bad either. It seems to have more plot than Armada, Energon, or Cybertron, at least, and I know an adult G1 fan who’s embraced it rather well.

This ticks me off too! At least they have a Leader Bulkhead to scale better, but why the slag won’t they make a Leader Lugnut?!? The voyager is even shorter than Black Aracnia!!!

Bulkhead does have an older counterpart. But its an Energon character.
