Ah, back in the day when power rangers was actually a halfway decent show. I’ve always preferred the original cast of Power Rangers and villians (Jason, Billy Vs Rita, Zedd, goldar) These days it seems like every new show… save for a few episodes, sucks really hard.
And yah, I recognized ultraman. He’s like the king of retro sentai shows.

What’s next? Pole Position, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors? Galaxy Rangers? Any of those would be awesome.

Since Ultraman is from another planet, he could still be considered a foreigner.
As much as I like the original, some of the new series (which still takes place in the same universe) have been good. Operation Overdrive is one of my favorites (although still not beating out Time Force). On the other hand, I never cared for Mystic Force or Wild Force. The current Jungle Fury is hit and miss, but mostly hit.

@Chris: What about the second appearance? They fought Pudgey Pig twice. The first was the spicey food, but I forget most of the second bout except for it was a transformed pig they were trying to rescue.

…If you really wanted to get technical (and what anime-geek here doesn’t), he should be saying 「シュワッチ！」 (”Shuwacchi”), which is his catchphrase and the only audible thing he could say in the original series.
Anyways, I have to say Matt’s “glowing eye” style + his SD works really well with Ultraman! Doesn’t it scream Kawaiiii?
