Lil Formers #150: Bravestarr
Eyes of the Hawk! Strength of the Bear! Ears of the Wolf! Speed of the Puma!
I mostly just felt like drawing Bravestarr… Hey look it’s strip #150! I didnt’ notice until I saved my photoshop file. Nifty!
PS: I’d love for Mattel to make a Bravestarr figure out of reused MOTU Classics parts… hmm…

There was a point in my adult life when I was sure I’d completely dreamt up Bravestar. Well at least I have proof now.

June 8th, 2009 at 7:25 am

June 8th, 2009 at 7:53 am
I don’t think we’ve had Visionaries yet.
June 8th, 2009 at 9:08 am
We had the dolphin girl. Wasn’t the eyes of the hawkl a bit of a pointless power though? He used it like once in the pilot and every other time used that red visor or binoculars.

Freakin awesome. No one I talk to remembers Bravestarr from their childhood. I was beginning to think I hallucinated the whole experience!
June 8th, 2009 at 12:17 pm
For a second there I thought it was the ‘unknown/extra’ Galaxy Ranger.

Wow, Bravestarr! I’m so old! Not a bad series at all.
What was the evil guy’s name?
You could ask the Radicons at TFW to build you a transforming Bravestarr… and a 30-30 out of She-ra’s horse flying unicorn…
Congrats on the 150th!
June 8th, 2009 at 7:41 pm
Ha. I’d snipe him easily. but nice 150. Congratulations!

Didn’t he ride a horse AND have a deputy that was an anthropomorphized horse?
Must have made for some awkward moments around the stable.
June 9th, 2009 at 9:54 am
They were just friends.
Gods, I loved the Bravestarr movie.

June 10th, 2009 at 3:19 pm
@Endocrom - The horse transformed in to a anthropomorphized horse…can’t remember the reason why though, but it had a shot gun.
June 13th, 2009 at 3:16 am
and the horse when transformed was dressed like he was going to a leather bar…he rides the horse…and it turns into his friend who dresses like he’s a real “cowboy”….yeah the show was weird.
August 10th, 2009 at 6:35 pm
