Mega Man interview with Matt
October 21st, 2009
I just did and interview with the Mega Man Network(MM news site) about all the upcoming Mega Man projects UDON has coming in the next few months. Namely:
Mega Man: Official Complete Works art book
Mega Man X: Official Complete Works art book
Mega Man Megamix manga series
Mega Man ZX manga series
They’re all pretty cool projects that were fun to work on. Or should I say “…be workING on” as some of them are still in production! Follow this link to read the interview, and learn a bit about my real job!

Oh my God I MUST have that Mega Man X art book. Will I be able to order it on-line when it’s released?

I can’t wait to see what comes from the Zero Game series, and ZX series. Both of which artwise I adore. It’s a shame the decent figures, and Model kits cut off after the Legends series with a few X title kits and only megaman 8.
All kick-butt characters, but still, it’d be nice to see what modern companies could do with the Megaman Zero design, and ZX designs.
When are these due? Can I find them on shelves now? Or do I have to pre-order them?
I hope more comics come from these as well. I’ve greatly enjoyed Udon’s work, and the other representations. Darkstalkers and Zero/ZX all are beautiful works of art you could do some major justice to…
Speaking of which, why no darkstalkers or Zero/ZX strips? Especially with the ripe continuity of confusion and mistakes to poke fun at like Legends/Zero/ZX all being so near to each other in the timeline…

Nevermind, found it on amazon.
I’m also quite surprised you never poked fun at IDW’s Drift being more or less a transformers’ version of the GBA Megaman Zero games main character…

I FINALLY bought the X artbook. It is amazing and made me bust out the X Anniversary Collection game and go through a few of them again.
