Street Fighter story by Matt, in stores this Wednesday!
Hi guys!
This Wednesday Dec 16th sees the release of Street Fighter II Turbo #10, the latest exciting chapter of UDON’s Street Fighter comic series. What’s special abotu this issue for me though is that that it features a backup story written by yours truly! I have had a few chances to write some stories before (one published only in Japan so far, and one that was a pack-in for the Street Fighter IV game), and I’ve worked as editor on dozens of comics and books, but this is my first writing credit in a regular comic that shows up on comic shop shelves. Pretty cool!
The story is the a fun little thing about the mysterious Street Fighter character Q, and is drawn by the awesome Bob Strang. And of course there’s the main story by the kick-ass regular team of Ken Siu-Chong and Chamba.
Anyone who wants to support one of their favorite web comic artists, please pick up the SF II Turbo #10 this Wednesday! Covers & preview art below!

I can never seem to find a copy. It’s like the comic shop owners in my town have something against SF.

I’ve played with Q, cause he seemed out of place in the street fighter world…his moves are chargeable..deadly if you can master him. Now, I want a copy, it’ll be interesting to know more about him.

I have one street fighter comic and that’s it. i chose it at random too. when i found out you wrote the back story i was like ’sweet!’ It was like fate or some sort of crap like that. I also got it for a quarter, so big win!
